The Whole Body Action Plan

I'm trying this Whole Body Action Plan at the start of the new year. The Whole Body Action Plan is a 4-week guide to achieving total mind-body wellness. Im going to use this as an outline with a couple of tweeks.. but I am starting my workout tomorrow... My mom has a Wii Fit.. get get get it!!

i have been such a bum lately. I feel super de duper fat.. so I am excited to get "clean." Go us!!

Yay for starting NOW! I've been in the gym at 5:45am everyday since Monday. Today was a struggle but if tonight isn't too crazy I'll be there tomorrow too. I gotta work off this cruise weight. I'm trying to start and maintain a routine now and start the detox after the new year. I'll probably make some adjustments to the plan also but we'll see. YAY us!
